This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy applies to the "Carnitas Recipe" website and its related services. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to report alleged copyright infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the "Carnitas Recipe" website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
